Surrender yourself to the silence

Listen to the silence, it’s singing the song of solitude. Seeker, Today I call you Nomad. For I know, you’re a bohemian storyteller. You are a lonely traveller who travels the world alone, and finds the treasures in vibrant hues of life. But, sometimes, you pause and breathe, to inhale the life, a little deeper. And that moment, you become still as the mountain, and, you hear the mountain echo from the whisper of your heart. You listen, the song of solitude. You hear, the sound of silence. And you realize, silence is not void. Silence is full of answers. Have you ever sit under the night sky and converse with the flickering stars? Or ever spoke to the mountains and hear the whisper of the nature? You should have. Sometimes, you have to take a pause from this chaotic life and to stop for a while. Inhale the moment, and feel the serenity around. Far from the noise of nuisance and chaos of confusion, there resides another world. Full of silence and calmness. When …

Pause, Breathe, Feel the Now

In this moment, you will find, a drop of eternity. Seeker, Today I call you, Bliss. For this moment, you are an epitome of love, grace and bliss. This moment, you are the whisper of silence and an absolute peace. This moment, you are a drop of eternity. When the mind is making too much noise, and you are living amidst the chaos and confusion, life seems nothing but a misery. We can’t rewrite the past and we are completely unaware of what tomorrow holds for us. All we can, is to live in this moment only. To script this present …

A mandala represents wholeness, a cosmic diagram reminding us of our relation to infinity, extending beyond and within our bodies and minds. Mandalas are circular designs symbolizing the notion that life is never ending. Mandala art is ancient more than 2,000 years old! Mandalas are incredibly versatile and can personify any number of meanings for the viewer.  Sometimes words are not enough to express what we know deep within our core being. Mandala art can give us that access and expand our self-awareness. Our emotions sometime throw us into chaos and nothing makes sense. At these times, we often need to find a center amid the confusion, a way to pull together the scattered parts of life and find order. Celebrated Swiss psychologist Carl Jung saw mandalas as representative of the unconscious self. “When I began drawing the mandalas, I saw that everything, all the parts I had been following, all the steps …

Whosoever knows this syllable obtains all that he desires. This is the best support; this is the highest support. Whosoever knows this support is adored in the world of Brahma.” ~ Upanishad I ~ What is the purpose of life?? What is the source of every sound of the universe?? What is the essence of all the ‘Vedas’, all the ‘Mantras (Sacred Chants)’?? This is an endless quest of the soul, and the answer is, ‘Om’. ‘Om’ is the root of every word, every chant. It is the eternal syllable, the sacred sound. ‘Om’ is the symbol from where the journey begins and ends, and then…begins a new one, once again. Hearing the roar of the ocean, you start searching for it. By following it you reach the ocean. ‘Om’ is like the sound of the ocean. It is the thirst of knowing the …
